I mostly use FAI when I need to check fixtures or match info, and so far it’s matched up with other places I’ve looked. Scores, dates and venue details are easy to find, which is all I really need most of the time.

It’s not the flashiest site or anything, but the info seems up to date and accurate. Saves me having to ask around or scroll through loads of random posts, so it does the job fine for me...

I had to hit up customer support about an issue, and yeah, they did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would. Once they replied, the answer was actually helpful enough, so no major complaints there. Just wish they were a bit quicker, y’know? Not awful, not amazing either — mid experience overall.

I took one of the coaching courses and, it felt a little rushed. There were definitely a few useful bits, but the quality kind of varied depending on who was teaching it. Some sessions were better than others, and at times I was waiting for more practical examples or clearer feedback, but... yeah. For the price, I just expected it to feel a bit more polished. It wasn’t terrible, just not really what I hoped it would be

I follow Irish football closely, and I just find fai.ie a bit disappointing when it comes to transparency. It’s not always easy to find clear updates on decisions, governance changes, or who’s actually responsible for what. Some of the information is there, but it just feels scattered and not especially open. For a national association, I’d expect communication to be a lot better. It’s not the worst site out there, but it’s hard to build trust when so many details feel vague.

I used fai.ie on my phone to check fixtures and catch up on news, and it was straightforward. Pages loaded quickly, and the menu was easy to figure out, which is really all you’d expect. A few parts felt a bit squeezed on my screen, but nothing that made it hard to use. Overall, it does the job without being frustrating.

It works fine overall. But the fixtures don’t always update on time. Sometimes they lag behind a bit. That can be annoying...

My order showed up a day later than I expected, and I remember feeling a bit anxious checking the tracking because I really wanted everything to arrive okay. In the end, it was all good, the package was well packed, nothing was missing, and the order was exactly right. The tracking was decent enough, just not super detailed. I’d order again, but I wouldn’t count on it being the fastest delivery.

I found the site really easy to get around, even on my phone. I also liked that the accessibility info was clear and not tucked away somewhere, which is how it should be, right?

I got through the referee signup without too much trouble, so at first I was feeling relieved. But then I had to wait a while for support to get back to me, which was kind of annoying. It all worked out in the end, but the slow response definitely took some of the good feeling out of it

Some of the updates were easy enough to follow, but other details were unclear and took longer to track down than they should have. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think the team needs to be more accountable about explaining things clearly and making sure the right information is easy to find

I managed to book my course without any real issues. It was a bit slower than I expected, but overall the process was straightforward...

Club admin support has been helpful when they finally get back to me, but the replies can be slow sometimes. whoever runs this should probably look at tightening up the response times because the support itself is decent.

I just cancelled my ticket recently the refund came through quickly with no hassle. After this latest experience, I’d definitely feel more confident booking again

I’ve used fai.ie a few times trying to find info for grassroots football, and umm, it’s been a bit frustrating. Some pages seem out of date, and even finding basic details for local clubs takes longer than it should. There is useful stuff on there, but it doesn’t really feel like it’s made easy for the people actually running teams week to week. It could definitely be a lot better

The stream was fine for the most part, but the video lagged here and there, which felt avoidable. Not the worst experience, just a bit frustrating at times.

I raised a complaint and felt like I was just being passed from one person to another. Replies took way too long, and when they did come through, it didn’t seem like anyone had actually read what I’d written. There was no clear next step or proper explanation, which made me uneasy because I don’t like leaving issues hanging when there could be risks or consequences down the line. In the end, it felt like they just closed it off and made it my problem. Really disappointing way to handle a complaint

The FAI site was okay for finding basic information, but I wouldn’t say it was the easiest to use. Some of the menus felt a bit crowded, and I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to find what I needed. Anyway, it does work fine once you get used to it, but the overall experience could definitely be smoother.

I was all set to finish my order, had everything ready, and then the payment failed. I figured it was just a one-time glitch, so I tried again, but it failed a second time too. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was definitely annoying and made the whole checkout feel less reliable than I expected.

Super easy getting in, the line moved fast and there was basically zero hassle. it was chill

The event was a bit of a mess. The queues were huge, the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on, and the kickoff information kept changing, which just made everything more stressful. If you’re planning to go to one of these, I’d say arrive extra early, keep checking updates yourself, and don’t rely too much on getting clear answers on the day. Personally, I don’t think I’d bother again.
